These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products and/or services offered by TVP Analytics.

Ordering

  • An order is binding upon written confirmation (email or signed quote).

  • TVP Analytics may refuse any abnormal or bad‑faith order.

Pricing

  • Prices are in euros and include taxes.

  • Additional fees may apply depending on the chosen service or product.

Payment

Payments via Bank Transfer, Credit Card and Apple Pay are accepted. Other methods: please inquire. Payment is due at the time of ordering, unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery / Performance

Delivery times are indicative only. Risk transfers upon delivery/collection (goods) or progressively as performed (services).

Right of withdrawal

Consumers: 14‑day withdrawal period under applicable law, subject to legal exceptions.

Liability

Liability limited to direct damages. Indirect damages cannot be claimed.

​

Intellectual property

Non‑exclusive, non‑transferable right of use after full payment. Any pre‑existing know‑how remains TVP Analytics’s property.

Law & jurisdiction

French law. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts of Cusset (03), France.
